Some phone systems prohibit automated calling. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the target organization's terms and applicable laws.
Our service operates on a minute-based billing model. Minutes are deducted from your balance based on actual hold time. Minutes are non-refundable except in cases where a call fails to connect or no live agent is reached. Purchased minutes do not expire.
By signing up, you consent to receive SMS notifications from IHoldYouDont regarding your service status, callback alerts, and account balance updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We collect your name, email, phone number, and billing information to provide and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
IHoldYouDont is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to missed calls, incorrect connections, or service interruptions.
