• To provide and manage the call-holding service
• To send SMS notifications about your active jobs, callbacks, and account balance
• To process payments and manage your minute balance
• To improve our service and develop new features

3. SMS Communications

With your consent, we send SMS notifications to the phone number you provide. These include:

• Hold job status updates (e.g., "We're now on hold for you at Comcast")
• Live agent callback alerts (e.g., "A live agent is on the line — pick up now!")
• Account balance notifications

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out may limit our ability to provide the service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers (Stripe, Twilio, Supabase) who help us operate the service
• Legal authorities when required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings are retained for 30 days then automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information through your account dashboard or by submitting a request via our contact form.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
